Features include three bedrooms that have all amenities for your comfort including one master suite with a king-size bed, the second guest room 2 full sized-bed, the 3rd bedroom is called the Casita and it has 2 queen beds, a walk-in  closet, and is separated and private from the main house. Each bedroom has a full private bath.

Our home is conveniently located only minutes from the cultural and social center of Tamarindo, Costa Rica. World-class beaches, surfing, golf, tennis, horseback riding, Beach Club shopping, restaurants, and so much more are only minutes from your doorstep.

Esta casa de lujo está ubicada en Hacienda Pinilla en una hermosa comunidad residencial llamada Los Almendros, a pocos pasos de la playa y del campo de golf.
El interior está bien diseñado con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, WIFI de fibra óptica, cuenta de Netflix, muebles de buen gusto que hacen de esta una propiedad encantadora para sus próximas vacaciones.
La sala de estar y la cocina de la casa se abren a la zona de la piscina que se encuentra en el centro de la casa sin techo, lo que permite permanecer dentro y ver el hermoso cielo.
Las características incluyen tres habitaciones que tienen todas las comodidades para su confort, incluida una suite principal con una cama king-size, la segunda habitación con 2 camas tamaño matrimonial, el tercer dormitorio se llama Casita y tiene 2 camas queen, closet y está separado y privado de la casa principal. Cada habitación tiene un baño privado completo.
Nuestra casa está convenientemente ubicada a solo minutos de los centros culturales y sociales de Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Playas de clase mundial, surf, golf, tenis, paseos a caballo, tiendas, restaurantes y mucho más están a solo minutos de su puerta.

Rates/ Tarifas

  • Low season: (May 1st -November 20th, including marathon week) $2800 per week
  • High season I:(November 21th – to Dec 20th) $3920 per week
  • Christmas/ New year & Easter: $7000 per week
  • High season I: (Jan 4th to Feb 28th) $4200 per week
  • High season II: (March 1st to April 30th) $3500 per week
