To get to the community, you’ll first need to arrive at the main gate of Hacienda Pinilla. If it’s your first visit, maps are available at the gate.
Follow the signs past the golf course on either side and then turn into the gates of Jardines de Palma Real itself.
What Does “Jardines de Palma Real” Mean?
The name “Jardines de Palma Real” conveys a different imagery. In Spanish, “Jardines” translates to “Gardens,” and “Palma Real” still refers to the Royal Palm Tree.
Therefore, the name implies a community situated around serene gardens and tropical landscapes, evoking an image of a tranquil environment.
What Are the Amenities?
Much of Hacienda Pinilla is comprised of single-family home complexes such as Las Brisas and Los Almendros, but Jardines de Palma Real was the first townhome complex. Each unit is massive but all share pool access to a lovely free form pool onsite and then are walking distance to the Avellanas Beach Club.
