The entire house has tongue and grove wooden ceilings, tile throughout & a laundry room in the unit. We also offer wireless internet, big screen TV, DVD with video library, playstation 2, board games & beach towels for your convenience. We will assist you with your dream vacation! $3500/month peak & $2500/month low season

Longer stays available, rates negotiable $2000/wk for Christmas/New Years weeks & Easter week

Info: Marielena "Mari" Hernández was born to an American mother and a Costa Rican father in Costa Rica. She is a dual citizen. She is originally from San Jose, but her family traveled to Guanacaste a lot during her childhood, and she moved to Tamarindo in 2004 full time. Her prior experience includes retail and working in a doctor´s office. She wanted a change in her life, and was very happy to move to the coast. She gained valuable experience working in two attorneys´s offices that focused on real estate before moving into real estate directly in 2008. In her spare time, Mari enjoys going to the beach, doing Pilates, and traveling to new places.
