The home has a custom fully equipped kitchen, 2 master bedrooms with kings beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 queens and a small room off of it for small children to play games/ take naps away from adults. The entire home has hand-made custom furniture by Nancy Bancroft made from Costa Rican mahogany, cedar, cypress and teak.
There is large covered tiled gallery on the entire back side of the house that overlooks the pool and it can be accessed from both master bedrooms and living area
